The location was excellent I could easily access many attractions. The staff offered superb assistance with directions and recommendations it was helpful.
The hairdryer barely worked stopping only when unplugged I found this inconvenient.

The location was excellent. It was seconds from the baixa-chiado metro line. the room decor featured a modern vintage style that i found excellent. i was really surprised with an upgrade to a much bigger room that offered street views.
The reception staff insisted on seeing our children's passports. the bar closed rather early at 11pm. It was a slight inconvenience. the bathroom door stuck. Its operation proved somewhat challenging.
